Bottling for Spirit of Malts
 
This is a 2013 Tullibardine aged in ex-sherry cask, then finished in octave barrel for 7 months. What's Octave? Well, it's a 50-liter cask, or 1/4 of a normal cask. This means that for 7 months, the whisky has been transferred to another cask in order to assert its woody side a little more.

- Single malt & single cask!
- Alcohol: 53.9% cask strength, no coloring, no chill filtration.
- Non-peated.
-Cask types: ex sherry + octave.
- Number of bottles produced: 90.
- Aromatic profile: fruity, slightly spicy and woody with cereal notes. A straightforward attack, but this whisky has a nice roundness and the alcohol is very well integrated.
- Distilled in 2013, bottled in 2024...it's 11 years old, just like us!
