Brainchild of Alexandre Gabriel, Cut & Dry required several years of experimentation to perfect the coming together of two icons of Caribbean culture: cane spirit and coconut. The coconuts are harvested on the island of Barbados, cut and air-dried. The pieces of coconut are then infused into white rums distilled in column and pot stills. This infusion is then blended with a rum aged for 3 to 4 years, also produced in Barbados at the West Indies Rum Distillery. 100% natural, Cut & Dry delivers notes of coconut pulp and milk, with a hint of vanilla, cinnamon and ginger. Intense and delicious, this new creation is perfect for making a Piña Colada or a Daiquiri, or simply mixed with pineapple juice.
