1. How do I enroll in the Spirit of Malts Loyalty Program?

To enroll in our loyalty program, simply create an account on our website:

• Go to Spirit of Malts and click on Sign Up at the top right of the page.

• Complete the registration by entering your details, including your email address and password.

• Once you’ve created your account, please go to our page "Fidelity Reward Plan"  and enrolled in our loyalty program and begin earning points on your purchases.​

2. How do I earn loyalty points?

You earn 1 loyalty point for every €1 spent on eligible products at Spirit of Malts. Points will automatically be added to your account after each purchase. Simply log in before checking out to start earning points!

3. How can I check how many loyalty points I have?

You can check your loyalty points balance by logging into your account and navigating to your Account Dashboard. Here, you’ll see your total points earned and your current balance.

4. How do I redeem my points for discounts?

Redeeming points is easy! During checkout:

• Once you have added items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page.

• You will be given the option to redeem your points by using a code to add to the final checkout.

• You can choose how many points you’d like to redeem for a discount on your order.

• The discount will be applied to your total order, and you can complete the payment with the reduced price.
