1. What types of spirits do you sell at Spirit of Malts?

We specialize in a wide range of high-quality whiskies and rhums from around the world. Our collection includes single malt whiskies, blended whiskies, rare aged bottlings, as well as premium rhums, including agricole rhums from the Caribbean and French-speaking territories.
 

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on our website is simple! Just browse through our categories, select the products you’d like to purchase, and click on “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to checkout, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed with payment. We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience.
 

3. Do you offer international/EU shipping?

Yes! We offer EU shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

Please note, we are not shipping outside EU.  

 

4. What are your delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general:

• Domestic (Belgium): 3-6 business days.

• EU Shipping: 4-8 business days.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We take great care in packaging your orders, but if you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by either issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is confirmed, we aim to process it quickly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

 

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we don't offer gift wrapping for select products.

To preserve the quality and flavor of your spirits, store them upright in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Keep bottles sealed until you're ready to enjoy them.
