Like the 47% bottled version, this Papalin Overproof is a blend of three Jamaican rums: a Worthy Park WPL with an ester content of between 60 and 120 grams per hectolitre of pure alcohol at distillation, a Long Pond STCE with an ester content of between 550 and 700 gr/HLAP after distillation and a Hampden C<>H with an ester content of between 1300 and 1400 gr/HLAP when distilled. Airy and yet deeply rooted in the land that gave it birth, this version is packed with medicinal, mineral and empyreumatic sequences that put the ‘Jamaica’ signature at the very bottom of its aromatic and flavour palette.
