In January 2003, Luca Gargano, CEO of the Italian company Velier, created his first blend of Cuban and Venezuelan rums, with a touch of Caroni, which he called Papalin. In 2021, he decided to create a collection of blends inspired by this highly prized blend. Made up of three Jamaican rums, this new Papalin is remarkably well-balanced, intertwining vanilla, lemon, spice and exotic sequences in which sugar cane plays the role of conductor. Its highly natural range of aromas and flavours instantly conveys a very pleasant sensation of fullness and blossoming.
