Each edition of the Fettercairn 16 year old single malt presents a different aging process to reveal the tropical character of the distillery, resulting from the unique distillation process using cooling rings. The 2021 edition brings together spirits that have aged in different sherry barrels. A carefully selected trilogy of first fill Oloroso Sherry, second fill Oloroso Sherry and very rare first fill Palo Cortado Sherry casks, which brings complex nuances to the distillery's unique style.
