1. How do I register for the Spirit of Malts loyalty programme?
To sign up to our loyalty programme, simply create an account on our website:

Go to Spirit of Malts and click on Sign Up at the top right of the page.

Complete the registration by entering your details, including your e-mail address and password.

Once your account has been created, go to our Fidelity Reward Plan page and sign up to our loyalty scheme to start earning points on your purchases.

2. How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on eligible products at Spirit of Malts. Points will be automatically added to your account after each purchase. Simply log in before checkout to start earning points!

3. How can I check how many loyalty points I have?
You can check your loyalty points balance by logging into your account and accessing your dashboard. You'll see the total number of points earned and your current balance.

4. How can I exchange my points for discounts?
It's easy to redeem points! At checkout:

Once you've added items to your basket, proceed to the checkout page.

You'll be able to redeem your points using a code to be added at the final checkout.

You can choose the number of points you wish to exchange for a discount on your order.

The discount will be applied to your order total, and you will be able to complete payment with the reduced price.


5. Do my loyalty points expire?
Yes, loyalty points may have an expiry date. Make sure you check your points balance regularly to avoid losing points before they expire. You'll find this information in your account dashboard.
