How to use Gift Card

1. How do I use a gift card on Spirit of Malts?

• Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your gift card code in the "Gift Card" or "Promo Code" section. Click "Apply" to redeem.

2. Can I use a gift card for partial payments?

• Yes! If your gift card balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

3. Can I use multiple gift cards?

• You can only use one gift card per transaction.

4. Is the gift card refundable?

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. What if my gift card balance is less than my order?

• The remaining balance can be paid using  PayPal, Bancontact or other available payment methods.

6. Can I use a gift card for international orders?

• Gift cards can be used only for domestic  and EU orders, subject to shipping restrictions.

7. How do I check my gift card balance?

8. Can I use a gift card for tastings?

• Yes, gift cards can be used for tasting sessions in Belgium, with a minimum of 8 persons per group. Please contact us in advance to book your tasting experience.
